About Us

Horsley & Send CC was founded in 1997 as a result of the merger of Horsley CC and Send CC and now play at the former home of Horsley CC, Twinn’s Field, West Horsley.

The Club runs 4 senior sides on a Saturday, and a Sunday XI playing friendly cricket, made up of both adults and senior colts. The Club supports an active Junior section running training sessions for U5 upwards.

In recent years Horsley and Send CC  has made some outstanding achievements.  We have achieved the English Cricket Board (ECB) ClubMark, Focus Club status, sports grants from Guildford Borough Council, Active Surrey and Sport England.

We were fortunate last year to benefit from three small additional sponsors and have high hopes of increasing this type of involvement from the membership.  Facilities at the Club are expensive to improve and maintain.  Our aim is to provide the best possible opportunities for our players.

Whilst these developments are excellent for the future of our Club, they also bring demanding responsibilities and standards, particularly relating to the safety and well being of our children. We must stress, that it is you the parents who have the responsibility for supervising and ensuring the safety of all children, including non-cricket playing children, except when they are being coached or playing a match.

Please note we are a STRICTLY NO DOGS Club.

We thank you in advance for your assistance which we know you will give generously to help keep the Club running.
